Shipping and handling
Shipping cost will be automatically calculated on checkout.
Order's will be shipped Via Australia post or Star Track.
Insurance may be requested on parcels at an additional cost per consignment. Perth Hobby Centre will not be held responsible for any losses or damages caused by chosen freight forwarder. All issues must be taken up with the postal service directly.
We do not deliver outside Australia. We deliver domestically only.
By placing your order on the Perth Hobby Centre website or via e-mail/telephone you accept all the shipping terms listed above.
All items we post come with a tracking number provided at the time of shipping or pickup.
Order's will leave Every 2nd Day. If you want your order dispatched same day please order by 9.00AM (Western Australia standard time). If it is placed after that time it will leave the next postage day.
Please ensure you have put your correct detail in Eg: Addresses, Phone Numbers, Emails.
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address you will be asked to pay postage to resend the item to you.

Please see the 2024 Christmas cut off dates below provided by Australia post.
This is only a guide we can not Guarantee Delivery after these dates.
We also recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment due to a sever delay in receiving stock.

Customers please note: Once your parcel has left us it is out of our hands. If your parcel is delayed in transit. Please launch an investigation with the chosen freight provider. As we are limited on what we can do.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
WE DO NOT generally ship international orders. If we do we are not Liable for any extra EXPENSES IE: CUSTOMS FEES, IMPORTATION FEES, TAX FEES. And any other costs involved. These fees are at the CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.
We have several checks in place to make sure you get the items that you ordered and they are received in good condition. If for some reason you didn't receive the item you ordered, it's damaged or simply not what you expected then please let us know with in 48 hours of receiving so we can organize an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer! For items damaged in transit a picture of the packaging will be required.
For change of mind returns the goods will need to be returned in the original condition they were sent in. Return shipping is at your own expense.
If no one is at home the day your item is due for delivery they will leave a card with the closest Post Office or depot collection point to collect from. If you want your package to be redelivered please contact the courier directly. (Please be aware charges may apply for re delivery)
Oversize items
Oversize items will be quoted on a 'pre order' basis. Once we receive your order we will contact you to advise of the postage cost. You will then have the choice to accept the freight cost or we will cancel the order for you. (All oversize items will be shipped via Star Track)
Local Pick up:
Due to the recent amount of fraudulent transactions going around. We will NOW only release local pickups to the original purchaser.
We will no longer be releasing local pickups to 3rd party.
And we will be requiring to see ID upon pick up. If non is produced we will not be releasing the Order.
Warranty/Faulty: Refund or Exchange
If you are having trouble with any of your purchases, and suspect it could be a warranty issue then please email or call us to go through the history of the item. We are very reasonable when it comes to minor faults, and will try and resolve any concerns you have as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Each product is covered by the respective manufacturers warranty policy and some products may have individual components that are covered by separate warranties and time frames. We don't offer any additional product warranties outside the manufactures warranty.
Please discuss any warranty concerns with us before sending the item back to avoid an confusion and unnecessary costs. We generally require some photo's of the product with your purchase details Eg: name/ order no etc. for an initial assessment and we will go from there.
Postage costs will be at the returner's expense for returns to us for warranty work.
If the product is required to be sent back to our supplier we will cover this cost.
We will endeavor to have any warranty concerns resolved as quickly as possible. If there is a delay we will let you know.
A warranty does not apply to any wear and tear on the product, crash damage or a product being used out of its intended purpose.
